I received the Brooklyn shearling for an early Mother’s Day gift. I am not too impressed with the leather it seems very dry. I conditioned it to see if that would help. It is a thin leather (sheep) so I am concerned with tearing easily. The bag itself is really cute and stylish. The size is much smaller than I am used to, yet seems it will work great for dates out.  I will contact Coach and inquire about leather condition and update. If anyone else has the purse and had the same issue please let me know if you kept the bag and how it’s held up.
