As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we’ve been inspired by the countless ways the Coach community has shown up for each other during these challenging times.

Keeping everyone safe and connected is still our top priority—here are a few of the things we’ve been doing differently that you should know about:

While Coach stores in the United States and Canada remain temporarily closed, we now offer pickup and virtual shopping appointments at select locations in accordance with the guidance of local governments and public health organizations. Learn more about this new way to shop here, and please call ahead to see if your local store is offering this service.
  2. We’re extending our returns policy to 30 days after we reopen stores for both in store and online purchases (does not include customized items, and items must be in new or unused condition).
  3. Our distribution centers remain open, with additional health and safety measures in place. We’re so grateful to our logistics and distribution teams for their commitment and hard work that keeps our e-commerce business up and running—and those Coach packages swiftly on their way to you.
