First and foremost thanks coach for going back to your roots in designing these bags. I am extremely pleased with my Coach Brooklyn 39 Bag. The leather is absolutely beautiful—soft, rich, and high-quality, with that classic Coach feel that I truly love. The craftsmanship is exceptional, from the stitching to the hardware, and the bag has a timeless design that works for any occasion. The size is perfect for everyday use, offering plenty of space without feeling bulky. Shipping was prompt, the packaging was secure, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I was searching for a large, lightweight bag that still looks chic, and I found it at COACH—the Brooklyn Shoulder Bag. Its simple design makes it easy to personalize with charms, adding a touch of individuality. It’s incredibly light, and now it goes everywhere with me. Stylish, practical, and effortlessly elegant—this bag is a must-have!

I bought the shearling Brooklyn 39 after seeing it in person and having a chance to sleep on it. I couldn't stop thinking about it. A word about the exterior: the black leather is extremely soft and thin, like plastic grocery bag thin. I worried about this, but ultimately decided to put my trust in Coach and their leatherworking skills. I wanted a bag that was different and this is different. I love the shearling coat on the inside and the trim down the sides and along the top rim. Upon purchasing, I conditioned the exterior generously to keep the leather soft & supple so it doesn't become dry and crack. I also turned the bag completely inside-out and sprayed the shearling generously with Carbon Pro to repel dirt & water. It can even be worn this way and I've received so many compliments! It has no structure, mind you, the bag crumples as soon as I set it down, but that is just part of its personality now. Ultimately, I am so glad I bought this bag. It is lightweight, eye-catching, well-made, edgy, and completely en vogue this winter season. 5 stars Coach! 🌟
