Chain Tabby Shoulder Bag 30

I’m obsessed with this bag and almost didn’t get it because I had already introduced the Tabby 26 into my line up recently. However, the Chain Tabby 30 was too beautiful to pass up when I saw it posted on the Coach website. I got the Chain Tabby 30 (CY920) in black with brass hardware. A timeless color for a timeless bag. The leather is so soft and very expandable. At first I gravitated more towards the standard size Chain Tabby (CY919) but, ended up falling in love with the Chain Tabby 30 when I went to the store in person to look at them. Upon inspection in person, I discovered that the standard size can’t hold my iPhone in the back zipper pocket. It slightly sticks out at the top and can’t zip when in it. The Chain Tabby 30, however, CAN fully fit my iPhone 14 with a bulky OtterBox case on it in the back zipper pocket and I can zip the back pocket no issues. This was huge for me because I used to have a bag that had a back slip pocket for my phone so I’ve been on the hunt for a bag that has a back pocket that can fit my phone for easy access. I know I could just put my phone in the main compartment but, I always prefer my bags to have a separate pocket just for my phone. And preferably somewhere on the outside of the bag for easy access. I also love that the back pocket zips for safety reasons if I don’t plan on pulling out my phone for a while during an outing. My hesitation at first with the larger size was if it looked too bulky or too big for a daily bag but I assure you it’s perfect. If anything, when I went back to the store the second time to finally make my purchase, picking up the standard size now felt too small. That’s just my opinion though! I also love the versatility this bag has with the THREE different straps you get: leather shoulder strap, chain shoulder strap, and a leather crossbody strap. You can also layer the chain strap to act as an accessory in the front if you want. I plan on doing that occasionally but I’m excited to wear it without too as I think the bag is just very beautiful on its own. The leather is gorgeous and since it’s full grain leather, every bag is going to be unique with the different variations in the leather. I absolutely love that my bag is unique in this way. Anyways, if you were on the fence like me, I would just pull the trigger and get this bag while it’s still available!

Omg i knew when i see her i had to have her. Pics don’t any justice the bag is perfect the leather is so soft and the 30 is perfect to fit my daily routine. I even went back and got the slim honey colored wallet to match my bag.

I have the runway chain tabby’s in 26, but I adore this new Honey colored 30 so much. I love the size and it now has me asking myself if I need the 35. The leather is amazing on this bag, I love the smooshy flap on this bag, it’s luscious. Love all the straps, this one is right up there with my Rogues now as a favorite bag. Japan here I come. It will be perfect to pack on a trip.

This bag is perfection. Perfect color (honey brown), perfect size and so classy looking. No buyers remorse here! All the straps make it very versatile.

Absolutely love this new size! Much as I like the idea of a smaller bag, my essentials always make them look overstuffed. This size is perfect for me and the design of the interior keeps everything organized. The choice of straps makes it so versatile. A perfect size and style!
