The strap is extremely soft and I thought the painted hardware would wear down to metal but after wearing the bag at least 100 times the bag is still in great condition. I've always had mixed feelings about wearing a crossbody as a guy but I travel and go out a lot and felt like I needed something to put a few items in and feel like they are more secure. I already have the Hitch backpack in army green and after trying on a few of the different crossbody bags and slings I decided I just wanted the mini version of my backpack. The quality is amazing. The side pockets are kind of hard to get stuff out of but will fit stuff like AirPod Pros. The main compartment can fit multiple small items and a phone. I keep my 15 Pro Max and a concealed item in it. There is a slot for a wallet in the back of the main pouch and my Coach slim wallet fits perfectly in it. There is a metal ring on the strap to hang stuff from. I either keep my keys or my AirPods with a Coach case on it.

Finally a tiny and beautiful craftsmanship sling bag to fit me. I'm glad coach is making smaller bags, there's so many styles I love but are too big for me. This bag is perfect
