Great backpack but posting

This backpack is fantastic quality the leather is to die for and is perfect for holidays but the delivery times are way out it took ages to come and coustomer service is none existent in fact still waiting a reply really poor service and would have expected better from coach not good enough backpack came with a handy dust bag which is useful when storing

Great bag

Wonderful bag! Good size to fit what you need for a overnight bag. Can I say it's a beautiful blue bag. If you pick a color, pick the blue bag. Really impressed with the quality.

Very much needed

I use this for my work iPad and purse, love it. Its very well made and looks stylish. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get tension off of their shoulders and needing more space. Its nice to be hands free when opening up shop and not have a purse fall off my shoulder. I do wish it had a side sleeve for a plus cell.

Excellent backpack!!

I love this backpack! I use mine as a purse so I can be hands free when I'm out with my young children . It's not to big and not to small, it is just right. It is well made, beautiful ( I got the black ) and stylish. I feel it will last a lifetime. It is comfortable to wear and had just enough pockets to stash my things. I would recommend this backpack to anyone looking for this type of bag. It was packaged well when it arrived and customer service was kind and responsive when I emailed them with a question while my bag was in transit. Thank you coach!
