Soho Bag 25 In Signature Jacquard

This SoHo 25 was love at first sight, but it’s not quite as expected in person. When I received it, the purse was nicely packaged, but I couldn’t get the flap to stay closed once I removed the factory stuffing. I realized it just needed to regain its shape, so I propped it in a way to hold it closed. Unfortunately, the magnet isn't very strong, so it doesn’t stay secure and will pop open if you’re not careful (I’ve seen this mentioned by others). I also noticed that the buckle seems to be stitched unevenly, with a gap at the top on one side, and flush against the flap on the other (see pictures). The size was also smaller than expected, but I’m not faulting Coach for this—just mentioning it for those interested. While it fits my Bandit card case and iPhone 15 Pro Max, adding a full set of keys to the zipper pocket is a bit tight. It would work fine with a slim case or if using the card slots + phone, along with a smaller set of keys. I’m definitely disappointed and sad to return it, because it’s a beautiful purse I really wanted to make work.
