 <p>Clean with a suede brush and suede eraser. Use the eraser to gently rub away spots and the brush to remove surface dirt and scuff marks and to revive the nap.</p>

This bag is so beautiful and I was excited to carry it at my daily work bag. After less than a year of normal daily use it is lopsided and misshapen. I am careful to use the middle pocket for my laptop, and the outside pockets for non-bulky, lightweight options, but the issue keeps getting worse. It won't stand up straight and looks sloppy and cheap.
