What our customers think:
The Coach Mollie tote is valued for its stylish, versatile design and everyday practicality. Customers appreciate the medium size that styles easily, pebbled leather look, sturdy handles, adjustable strap and the three section center compartment that helps keep essentials organized. A few customers note that sizing and material consistency vary or that wear can appear with frequent use, yet most customers say the tote’s chic look and thoughtful organization make it a dependable everyday companion.

Amazing Customer Service
I love my bag, but what impressed me the most was Coach’s customer service. They were incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. It really felt like they care about their customers, not just the products they sell. That’s one of the reasons I’ll definitely shop with Coach again.
