I was a little skeptical with the reviews... but this bag... PRICELESS... Let me address a couple things mentioned in other reviews that I understand why they said it... So the whole zipper issue... I don't have the issue of it not zipping all the way down but, the shape, size and leather are why... the shape at the top of the bag make it a little funny to move the zipper over, the size... it's a mini bag so the width can only be so big so.. it's a tiny opening...the leather is crisp, think and tight... like a real fresh pair of sneakers... u gotta break the shoes in.. same thing with the bag... it's a brand new leather bag.. so it's stuff.. and again.. the shape.. it's an arch not a straight opening... so I'm forgiving on this... plus it's on your back.. not in your hands or on your shoulder where you have control... I travel.. so this stiff, hard to open, unzip and move bag is PERFECT... can't no one get in it... and as the owner of it, only I know the tricks to open it... NOT an everyday, every use bag... but a good got out for the day or night bag... like boardwalk or carnival....♥️🧡💛💚💙💜

This is the cutest backpack. Pros: beautiful, colors, different ways of wearing it if you get creative, including crossbody. Size and seriously, just so cute. Straps are reversible. Cons: Zipper isn't as smooth as i'd like and you have to be careful when you zip and unzip, to not catch the leather lip over zipper. You also can't open the backpack completely to get in the bag. And last thing, and this is just personal choice, I don't love the 3 coach logos on straps. 1 would have been fine, but the great thing is that you can wear straps with the side that doesn't have logo. Aside from all the things I consider to not be so great, I still love it and am so happy I bought it. It was exactly what i was looking for in terms of ways to wear and size. And again, it's so cute.

I've been waiting for a backpack from coach that's this size. Perfect!! Finally I got it and I'm so happy with it. The size is perfect for me. There's enough room for everything I carry. Great every day use. I love the straps. The bag doesn't slip off my shoulder like leather straps do. The handle on the top makes it just as easy for me to carry. Great purchase for me.
