I like this necklace. The color are gorgeous and goes well with my skin tone. I was very disappointed that the necklace was very short. I could not close it around my neck. I had to purchase another necklace to add to it. Everyone is not thin and small as the model in the pic wearing the necklace. I wish I could have sent a pic of how small the necklace is and how I had to use another necklace to add to it. Do anyone care about Customer satisfaction. I did call when I got it and the representative apologized and said there was nothing that she could have done. I did not sent it back because I like it. Coach can do better. I would recommend to a friend but tell them that it is very short.

This is a chunky necklace. The color bits imbedded in the links and the overall look of the necklace aren't as bright, as pastel-looking, in person as in Coach's photo. Though the necklace seems well made, it also seems overpriced for what it is. I do like it and kept it.

I need a silver one please and thank you Coach.
