Metal tarnished within a month, sensitive skin… I can’t even wear it anymore :(

I REALLY wanted to be able to write a good review. My husband gave me this choker for Valentine's Day and already - just over two months later, it's FALLING APART!! The edging is peeling off the leather, BOTH of the loops to hold the end of the choker in place have split open and fallen off. I've been a Coach customer for years and I've seen the quality steadily decline. I am extremely unhappy with the product. I hate to be one of those "if I could give this zero stars I would" people, but here I am.
