These are not my first pair of boots from Coach, I actually have about 10 pairs of boots without including pumps, sandals, flats and etc. However, these were the only pair I had to return and exchange the size. They do run smaller compared to the rest of boots and other kind of shoes I own from Coach. I am between 6-7 so I usually order 7, but with these beauties, I had to re order a size 7.5. Highly recommended. I can easily wear them while working a 8 hours shift without killing my feet.
