In LOVE with these!
I'm thinking maybe the other ladies didn't buy the right size... I seriously love these boots! They fit me perfectly fine and I am able to put them on easily; I bought my exact size instead of a 1/2 bigger and agree that the first couple of wears I needed help getting them off, but after a few times/or maybe the right socks? they come off without an issue also (even got them off easily while going thru Airport security). Also wore them out in the snow and they worked amazingly well... unfortunately no option to post a pic, but I'd buy again and recommend.

Great features and styles also looks awesome
I loved it but unfortunately it was a bit tight and I requested for a refund which am still waiting for after a week of returned back to the store. I love the boot, when I receive my money back i will see if I can get it in wide size.

Still Cute Though
It's TRUE. The boots are hard to put on and take off and honestly the store rep helped me remove them when I tried them on but its not that serious. Dont let the reviews scare you. You can still purchase and enjoy the boots. If you struggle a little, it'll eventually come off. No big deal. Buy the boots and be happy. I did and I love them :-)

I ordered and paid for these boots on Nov 18 and here it is Nov 27 still no boots and it still says processing ?? How you take my money so quick but ain't sent my boots? Been waiting to talk to someone for 45 minutes on the phone lol

Don't waste your money
These boots are incredibly stiff. They are very hard to put on. You can't even get your foot past the neck of the boot. Then i panicked because my foot got stuck and my ankle in a weird position. My calves are not very big and these boots were so tight on my calves that they left indents on my skin. I was so excited for these boots to arrive and they were a huge disappointment
