Dressing up Boss Lady

I'm conflicted because this is a really beautiful bag and I was so happy when I finally purchased it (this was my first new coach bag after having a few second hand ones) but after less than a year (purchased in June 2025) the plastic in the side seams in popping out and its making the bag slouch in a strange way and poke me. I feel like I'm really careful with my purses. I'm just really disappointed that such an expensive bag can't even make it a year (I used my last coach bag for 3 years,  it's still in good condition, and it was used previously).
