This was my first time ever buying Coach and I’m honestly impressed. I purchased the Small Tour Tote in Loved Denim in-store, and the moment I saw it in person, I knew it was the one. The denim color is even better up close — rich, clean, and unique. The black straps give it that perfect contrast and elevated look.

The Coach associate was extremely helpful and made the whole experience feel special. They mentioned there were only two left in the store, so I’m really glad I grabbed mine when I did. It definitely feels like I secured something exclusive.

The quality feels amazing — sturdy but lightweight — and the charms add just the right amount of personality. I’ve already gotten compliments on it.
