Product Care
Clean and condition leather watchbands with our Coach Leather Cleaner and Coach Leather Moisturizer.
Clean ceramic, rubber and metal watchbands with a soft, damp cloth and a touch of non-moisturized liquid soap if needed. Remove the watchband from the case before you begin. Do not soak the watchband in water, as this can cause the pins to rust.

We want you to love your Coach, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for free within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in your original form of payment. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’re not satisfied with your customized piece, however, you can bring it to a Coach store with customization services and our craftsmen will switch out your embellishments for free.
