How do I repair my Coach bag?

All our bags are crafted to last. We know that things happen, though, and sometimes bags need repair. The good news is: we have our very own Coach Repair Workshop staffed by expert craftspeople who love your bags as much as you do.

Don't ditch it, repair it – it's another small thing we can do to keep bags out of landfill and reduce our impact on the planet.

Per our one-year warranty, any quality-related repairs (including stitching or hardware replacement) are on us. After the one-year time frame, repairs are offered at set fees.

Once received, your item will be assessed by our repair specialists to make sure it can be repaired without compromising its integrity. The repair process can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Please note that our repair workshop is unable to remove stains or refurbish leather. If your item is deemed unrepairable, it will be returned to you and any fees charged will be automatically refunded.

To submit your bag or accessory for repair:

• In Store: Simply bring your item to any Coach store. You can find your nearest store by clicking here. At the store, our experts will guide you through the process of sending your bag to our Coach Repairs Workshop for further evaluation. Please bring a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, if possible, to assist the store associate in finding your purchase history.
  
• By Mail: If you are unable to visit a Coach store, please print and include the Warranty Service Request Form found here (this document is required to evaluate your repair). You may send your item to our Coach Repairs Workshop to the address listed on the form via an insured trackable service like UPS or FedEx.
