It’s our new and improved loyalty program which gives you exclusive access to rewards across Coach and Coach Outlet, online and in stores. As an Insider, you’ll get early access to sales and product drops, exclusive products, free customization, Insider events, personalized offers and more.
No, you only have to join once. When you sign up to become a Coach Insider, you can use that account across both Coach and Coach Outlet.
Sign into your account at COACH.COM or COACHOUTLET.COM to see your rewards on your Insider dashboard. You can also see special offers tailored to you, exclusive product drops and learn more about your Coach Insider benefits.
No, membership is completely free and you can access current rewards the minute you sign up.
Under the member sign-in box, click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Coach (Re)Loved Exchange is our new, circular trade-in program. Trade in your pre-loved Coach for a credit and we’ll give it the second life it deserves by recycling or reimagining it. In order to participate in the Coach Re(Loved) Exchange program, you must be a Coach Insider. You can access your credits in your Insider dashboard. More details can be found here. The reward is not currently available in Coach Outlet stores or at CoachOutlet.com.
