Complimentary Lifetime Leather Care and Cleaning
Love your leather, and it’ll love you forever. To help preserve the beauty of your bag over time, we offer free lifetime leather care at our Coach Retail stores. Simply call to make an appointment, and we’ll professionally clean and condition your bag while you shop (tip: bring a back-up bag for your belongings). We recommend this service every three months.
You can also clean and condition your bag at home by purchasing our Coach Leather Cleaner and Coach Leather Moisturizer. Learn more about how to use these products in our guide to cleaning Coach leather, below.
How to Clean and Care For Coach Products
Follow with Coach Leather Moisturizer to enhance the luster of the leather. Apply a small amount to a clean, soft cloth. Rub onto the leather using circular strokes and buff the leather to produce a natural luster. Wipe off residue.
Note: Note: Coach Leather Cleaner should not be used on Sport Calf, suede or haircalf leathers. Coach Leather Moisturizer should not be used on buffalo, calfskin, suede or haircalf leathers.
Leather dress shoes and sneakers can be cleaned and conditioned with Coach Leather Cleaner and Coach Leather Moisturizer following the directions above.
Suede
Clean with a suede eraser and brush. Use the eraser to gently rub away spots, then use the brush to remove surface dirt and scuff marks. Brush all over to revive the nap (the soft fibers that give suede its velvety texture).
Metallic Leather
Wipe with a damp cloth. Rub gently to avoid scuffing the metallic finish.
Clean ceramic, rubber and metal watchbands with a soft, damp cloth and a touch of non-moisturized liquid soap if needed. Remove the watchband from the case before you begin. Do not soak the watchband in water, as this can cause the pins to rust.
Repairs
Your Coach product is made to last, but if something happens, we’re here to help. We offer a one-year warranty on all Coach bags and small leather goods. For any quality-related issues within this time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty, repairs are offered at set fees.
All repairs are done at our Coach Repair Workshop by our craftsmen—and with meticulous care.
You can also send your bag to our Coach Repairs Workshop yourself. We recommend using an insured, trackable service such as UPS or FedEx:
